Refunds for completed work are not typically offered unless there is a clear defect or issue directly caused by our team.
If you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of project completion to discuss your concerns.

Material Refunds:

Unused and unopened materials purchased specifically for your project may be eligible for a refund, minus restocking fees, if applicable.

Service Guarantees:

We stand by the quality of our work. If any issues arise due to workmanship within 1 Months of completion, we will address them promptly at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Services:

Certain services, such as consultation fees or color sampling, are non-refundable.
